The Bikram method of "Hot Yoga" is a series of 26 poses, 2 breathing exercises done in a heated room and lasts for 90 minutes.
The poses utilize natural range of movement. The same set of poses are performed each time. The poses are accessible for everyone. The poses are practiced twice to enhance the benefits to one's mind, body, emotions, and soul.
For the best results one should practice with consistency, frequently, and with a level of intensity.
